This stunning house provides ideal accommodation in Geelong. It's a sophisticated base for exploring Geelong, the Bellarine and the Great Ocean Road; offering privacy with all the comforts of home. From the front it's only a short stroll to all of Geelong's inner-city and waterfront attractions. For the visiting professionals, the hospitals, courts and offices are all within walking distance, making Sabina ideal as a midweek work base, or a year round getaway for those wanting to escape work.
This stunning house offers all the comforts of home. The master bedroom with king size bed, has its own en suite and the other two bedrooms can be either 2 king singles or a king bed in each room. The main bathroom has a spa bath. The house has central heating and cooling throughout as well as a cozy gas log fire in the lounge room for those quiet or romantic nights. A spacious modern kitchen and dinning room looks out into a lovely garden, BBQ and entertaining area. The property has secure fencing and a lockable gate. Off street and under cover parking is available in the backyard.
We provide all linen and towels, luxury bath robes and slippers, a generous light continental breakfast for the first morning together with refreshments and chocolates on arrival.
Once a deposit or full payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from me which will contain instructions and the code to access the key safe. If you prefer me to meet you at the house on arrival, I would be more than happy to do so. All you have to do is advise me on your estimated time of arrival and I'll be there.

The whole house is available for your own private use. Although I do not live on site, I am only a few minutes away and can be contacted at any time to help you with any queries or concerns you may have during your stay.
To maintain a high standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
It is the guest’s responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.
Any booking made with Sabina on Little Myers is conditional to the guest having fully read and understood the Terms & Conditions.
The house is available for guests from 2.00pm and should kindly be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
Whilst we are more than happy to provide a late check out wherever possible, this can only be confirmed on arrival or by prior arrangement with the owners as it is dependent on other bookings at the time. Failure to adhere to these procedures could result in the incurring of additional costs.
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details, unless agreed to by us. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property, an additional fee may be charged according to our usual rates. If additional guests stay without permission, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.
The house is a smoke free zone. Please ensure that you do not smoke inside the house as there is a penalty of $500.00 AUD.
Guests are required to enter and exit the property quietly.
Noise levels must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm and 8am Sun-Thu, and between 11pm and 9am Fri-Sat.
All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause distress to our neighbours or interfere in any way with their right to enjoy their properties. We reserve the right to remove guests who do not adhere to this code of behaviour. In these cases, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation, nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs.
Guests may not engage in any illegal activity at the property.
You are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported to us during your stay. Whilst we will not pursue reimbursement for minor accidental damage or normal wear and tear, there will be a charge for the total cost of making good any other damage or loss to the property, garden or contents.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy state without the need for extensive, excessive cleaning. You are responsible for all extra cleaning charges in the event that the property is left in a state that requires more than reasonable cleaning.
The owners of the property are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings whilst you are occupying the property.
Your occupation of the property may be terminated by the owners without notice in the event that you breach any material term or condition or in the event that any amount due is not paid. The owners of the property cannot be held responsible for failure or interruption to power or services to the property for reasons beyond our control.
If pets are entering the property or staying at the property, this must be disclosed at the time of booking, otherwise we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. In that case we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternative accommodation. All disclosed pet stays will be referred to in our confirmation letter and there is a surcharge per clean for pet guests. This surcharge covers a small amount of additional cleaning time that may be required for a pet stay. The general house rules for pet guests are please do not allow them on the beds and furniture and you need to pick up after your pet.
You will agree to any other reasonable house rules which may be made available to you at the property.
