This 2500 sq. ft. home is located on 96 acres with sugar maple forest, open field (often see deer grazing), old orchard, and lots of space to explore. Maple hardwood and pine floors, with comfortable living room, spacious kitchen, lots of windows. A very friendly cat will be happy to see you.
The home is located one mile from Lake Linden, 4 miles from Calumet, and 12 miles from Houghton/Hancock (and Michigan Technological University), in the Trap Rock Valley on the Keweenaw Peninsula. There are many summer and winter outdoor activities available nearby.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house and outdoors. The 2 bedrooms and guest bathroom are upstairs, along with a comfortable sitting area.
