Dear Vic & Belle, although your feedback is dramatically embellished we accept your feedback. Let's set some things straight, as you know the wifi did work although not consistently. Despite advising you our network provider Zantel advised it was a local network issue and that you could not access via your own means, confirms this. However, we have now changed our provider to Halotel so that our guests and us can have more consistent wifi access. But as you may know, this is Zanzibar, the infrastructure, the buildings do not always allow this. As for the water, we also advised you this was an overall issue in the Hurumzi area. But we are very glad that you had enough water to do your laundry. Compensation we offered for the problems we were experiencing at the time. Finally, if you had read about Zanzibar before your arrival you would appreciate that the centre is not accessible by vehicles. Stonetown is a UNESCO site. Last but not least, we discovered after you checked out that the white walls in the bedroom were no longer so. Its very upsetting and disrespectful of you to allow your child (or yourself) to draw all over with chalk. We wish you well for your three year travels.
