This duplex is perfect : it’s 50 meters from Place des Abbesses and the subway, in a calm street in the heart of the vibrant district of Montmartre. The beautiful stairway leads to the bedrooms beneath parisian zinc roof. A real house in courtyard !
The duplex is located at the back of a calm building’s courtyard, with no sound from the street. There are no neighbors above , quiet nights in Paris are a luxury! The downstairs neighbor is a physiotherapist who closes at 8 pm . The two bedrooms are upstairs under the zinc roof and can have it’s own private toilets for the nights because there are two bathrooms! The first floor bathroom has a great sink and toilets, and the second floor bathroom has a shower, a little sink and toilets. The beds are very comfortable and suits to adults as to kids. The kitchen is charming, luminous and convenient, ready to see your cook talents! The living room is very bright and creepers make it even more enjoyable to relax after a long day in the crazy life of Paris.
All of the flat is accessible to the travelers because I won't live inside during your stay. Disabled people won't unfortunately have access because of the narrow stairway. Access to the roof is forbidden.

I would be present in Paris to ensure the smooth running of your stay. You can call me any problems encountered or question about housing . If you need advice about restaurants , brasseries, bars, museums in the neighborhood, I 'm all ears !
It's the typical parisian home of early 20th century, come live like a real "Titi parisien" !
I ask travelers to smoke near open windows because there are smoke detectors on ceilings ! Pets are not allowed. I expect you full respect of furniture, art objects, decorations, utensils, tools and machines available. The shoes have to be put on the first floor to protect the ground.
I am a young visual artist (you will meet some of my artworks at the apartment ;) ) who enjoys traveling in Europe and North America ( Chicago , Seattle, Vancouver) , who likes to talk in English, so you will have no problem to share with me! I love nature , contemporary art and am passionate about tribal art . I spent so many days inside the Quai Branly Museum and also the natural history museum (MNHN) that I could not count them. I know almost all the museums in Paris and could give you lots of ideas for visits . Also, I would recommend typical French things to do or see, far from the tourist traps which Paris is sip ! I always preferred to stay off the beaten track.
