I live in a gorgeous town home, but it is more space than I really need. I love the river, eagles, friends and the life that I have in Wisconsin. My hope is that you will experience some of the beauty that I see every day, and be anxious to return.
My home is located on a bluff over-looking the St Croix River. This allows for a beautiful view, but we are also over a highway. This hasn't been a concern over the winter months, but in the summer if we opt to have windows open - there is noise on the highway.
In August, I added another bed. I can now accommodate a group of 4 adults, if there are 2 in each bed. *I still only have one bathroom, so guests need to be ok with sharing that space.
While the only access to the lower level (the part I use for Airbnb) is via the front door, I expect that guests will stay downstairs. I respect that you don't want me in your area, or your stuff - and that holds true for the main level of my home. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions, as I am right here . . . but it works best if we each have our own space. Thanking you in advance.
I want to have a nice, welcoming spot for my guests. I expect that people who stay with me will be responsible and appreciate my home.
As a teacher I try to help the kids to be successful as they learn skills that will make them responsible, productive adults. I try to do the same thing in my relationships with friends. I want my friends to be happy, successful and worry free - even though that isn't always possible. People can depend on me, as I always try to be honest and responsible. I love my friends, family, good books and quiet time where I can reflect on whatever is next in my own life. I appreciate peace in all areas that I can control and pray for guidance in other areas.
