Hi Richard, I'm sorry you felt that way. Many of our guests stay for long stays. When they leave, sometimes they have loads of trash from shopping etc...when you told us about the trash, we sent over 1 of our maintenance staff within 3 hours and removed the trash. When we mentioned to you that we have over 100 tenants and a maintenance staff on call, that was for you to feel reassured that we would do everything in our power to make you happy, IF you had told us your grievances as soon as you witnessed them, we would have taken care of it-expeditiously. This is a home, like any home or apartment, things happen. This is not a hotel or a motel, it's a home, our home, even if it's 1 of our many homes, it's still one of our homes, with no on-site supervision. We hope and expect that all guests treat our home with respect. My daughter and I make ourselves available everyday at almost every hour, via phone call or text, I'm not sure management companies text at 1 am, ie. when you blocked the driveway and the other tenant could not get in. The trash left on the premises, did not give you the right to damage my window frame, rearrange paintings and furniture or put gum on my expensive master bed frame. The house was left very dirty and worn. I suggest, in the future, when you see something, say something, especially in a house. Best to you, P. Future guests, please let us know any issues, so we can remedy them for you.
