The neighbourhood is very quiet. The street is 20m far away from the house and the surrounding houses are all privately used houses. So there is no noise from commercial traffic. You can see a nice forest from the house which is perfectly suitable for jogging and other exercises (e.g. walking the dog, meditating etc.). You will be pleased with the enormous quality of air when you breathe it in for the first time.
