This is a private room in a townhouse enclave very close to popular College Street. The location is central and walking distance to most of the city's attractions. The property is clean, bright and colourful. The guest room is on a separate floor and has a private bathroom. There is also a patio/garden with BBQ, and a separate dining terrace off the kitchen.
Some common questions answered:
1) The guest room is on a separate floor but there is a common entrance.
2) The nearest subway stop is Christie Station, which is a 10 minute walk.
3) The nearest streetcar stop is at Clinton and College, which is a 3 minute walk.
4) Little Italy is in a very central location, walking distance to shopping, great food, entertainment and the downtown core.
The bedroom itself is on the ground floor and there is a private bathroom right by the bedroom. Guests can access the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, dining terrace and basement (that's where the TV is, but there is no cable).
Parking is available on the street. If you need parking, please let me know and I will arrange a city of Toronto permit for you. Permits cost $15 for 48h, and $24 for 7 days.
NOTE: The upper floor with the master bedroom and office is a private area.

I'm happy to do whatever I can to help you out in terms of navigation, advice about what to see, where to eat, drink, shop etc.
Send me your email and I will forward you an interactive (website hidden) map with local establishments that I like.
I am not always able to meet you on check in. But don't worry, there is an electronic front door lock. I will let you know the code once you book and you can check in on your own any time you like.
Also please do not smoke inside the house.
I generally expect guests to be polite and respectful. When using the shared spaces, please make sure you put everything away and leave the space clean and tidy. Please make sure to lock the front door when leaving the house.
In general I enjoy meeting new people from other places and am happy to host guests who are in town for short periods of time, who might be tourists, or here for a conference or visiting relatives. etc.
I don't encourage people to 'rent' for long periods of time and use the premises as a second home. If this is the intention, then it would probably be best to look for private apartment style accommodations.
I work as a doctor in Toronto, Canada. My passions are photography, music, travel, sports, and various random intellectual pursuits. I like to travel light and look for adventure/photo ops.
