Modern apartment in central and historical zone, San Giovanni, at just 150 mt from metro station 'Furio Camillo'.
New opening! Provided with AC in every bedroom, TV LCD in every room and 5 new comfortbales beds.
We stayed for a week in August 2017 in Giovanni his apartment. The apartment is located in a well maintained flat in the south east of the city. We choose for this apartment because we all wanted to have a private bed and this apartment does even offer three separate bedrooms. The apartment is very beautiful and luxurious furnished. The outside temperature was very hot during our stay but we could sleep perfect with the air-conditioners enabled. On the first day we walked to the Colosseum, a nice way to explore the city. But if you don't want to walk you can take the bus, metro or train to the city centre. If you want to visit the Vatican I would recommend anyone to take the train from Roma Tuscolana station, it's quick and more comfortable than the bus. I can also recommend anyone to take the train from Roma Tuscolana to Santa Severa where they have a beautiful beach! Giovanni is a great host, he quickly answered my messages and when we had a small problem he called me within a few minutes after I sent him a message. If I ever return to Rome I would definitely consider renting this apartment again.
We enjoyed our place, a bit farther from the Metra than we would have liked. Giovanni is very hospitable. The A/C worked great and we had hot water. The kitchen needs a fan because it gets hot as a meeting place for the guests. We were playing cards around the table and fanning ourselves. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Giovanni is very honest.
The stay at Giovanni's house was amazing! It's very near to e metro station so you could get off at any of the major tourist sites and walk on foot. There were also a lot of nice places to eat around in the neighbourhood. Giovanni was a great host. He met us at the apartment, gave us detailed explainations about everything we asked. He also could arrange a transport for us, however we were 7 people and the service he was working with could take only 4. The apartment itself is fantastic. There is a really nice terrase, fully equiped kitchen and an AC in every room. This was very very nice, because we visited Rome in June and it was above the 30s every day. Overall, we had a great stay and we would recommend this place to everybody!
We really enjoyed our stay in Giovanni's house. We were 7 people and the house was big enough to have a comfortable stay. It was also very clean and close to the metro. Furthermore Giovanni was very flexible to arrange our arrival and departure and was keen to give us tips. In summary I would absolutely recommend his house for a nice trip in Rome!
I stayed in Giovanni apartment for weekend with friends. Giovanni and his father were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect just 5 min walk from the Metro A . The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you for all Giovanni !
