Enjoy your favorite hot beverage in front of the signature ‘Trini Velarde’ Kiva fireplace in the sunken living room then tumble into bed in one of 3 large bedrooms. 2 baths, each with tub & shower (little ones love the Saltillo fish tiles, crib upon request).
There is a 200sf mudroom with clothes-line, washer & dryer - you can clean and dry your gear and be back on the slopes in style the next morning! Family-friendly Fun - stocked game closet, large fenced yard and plenty of radiant-heat indoor floor space. We’ve been renting and exchanging since 2010. Policies & Fees
No Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Smoking or Vaping is permitted outside only - on the back portal or in the front parking area.
Children: Children are welcome in our home. We raised 4 of them here… However, this is an older home, with idiosyncrasies. Booking with us means you unequivocally agree that the safety of any and all children in your party is completely and without exception your responsibility. Your booking is your consent to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from any and all claims of harm or injury. Please be advised before booking that there are steps to the sunken living room which has a brick floor. Child gates and other safety features e.g. electrical socket covers are the sole responsibility of the guest and are not provided by the owner.
A $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) fully refundable damage deposit is due upon booking. Your deposit of $300 will be refunded within 7-14 days* after the conclusion of your stay if the property is left undamaged and in good order. A list of Check-Out Procedures is on site, and available upon request prior to booking or check-in.
We strive to provide the best, most wholesome environment possible for our guests which necessitates a onetime cleaning fee applied to every rental period. We realize the cleaning fee is high for shorter stays (3-4 nights). This is however the actual minimum cost of a thorough cleaning. Smaller groups (up to 4 people), staying less than one week, may request a reduced cleaning fee, to be determined at the sole discretion of the owner/host. Details of all fees, including (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)'s (new in 2016) "Service Fee", are viewable in (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)’s "Payment Details" section.
Cancellations received more than 21 days in advance of check-in will have any and all owner/host payments and fees refunded. Cancellations received less than 21 days but more than 14 days in advance of check in date will result in loss of $300 deposit (as well as the mandatory, imposed (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) fee, over which the owner/host has no control). Cancellations less than 14 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit, ((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)’s fee) and the first night’s rent. Cancellations made 7 days or less will result in forfeiture of all fees, deposits and payments made to owner/host (and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)) – certain exceptions are possible and will be at the sole discretion of the owner/host.
*There may be instances when a refund is delayed beyond 14 days. Reasons for a delay may include (but are not limited to) factors beyond owner’s control such as weather, or extra time may be required to properly assess damages and to determine correct refund amount. Refunds are most commonly issued 2-5 days after departure.
