I live in the outlying district of Žižkov in Prague 3, known for its divey bars & pubs, easy access to the center, and walking distance to some of the best views of the city, including Riegrovy Sady (one of the largest beer gardens in Prague).
I can offer one double bed and 2 sleep sofas (one located in the common area and one in the bedroom) in my lovely little flat. The common kitchen area has a door for privacy. The flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, water kettle, moka coffee pot (and other kitchen essentials), microwave, washer, clothes drying racks, bathroom, and computer monitor for hooking up online movies/TV.
I'm a teacher, currently living and working in Prague. Born and raised in the Washington DC area of the States, I sacrificed much of what I previously owned to travel and explore. Since I arrived in Europe in September of 2013, I've been on the hunt for quality castles (be still my beating heart) and off-the-beaten-path hidden treasures. A foodie in training, I would eat my way through Europe if skinny jeans weren't a fad. I'm forever seeking new foods, new music, new sights, and new friends. When I'm not traveling, I'm a bit preoccupied by running, writing in my journal, and snacking on a good book (yum, brain food).
I decided to make Prague my home in 2014, by acquiring a lovely little flat between two of my favorite little parks and just a few stops from the center!
