Our home is on a beautiful picturesque lake with all the luxuries. In the heart of the Poconos, the lake house is approximately 10 miles from Camelback, Alpine Mountain, Mount Airy Casino & Tannersville outlet shopping plaza with over 100 stores. New as of July 2017 is an 8 person Hot Tub for guests to enjoy.
The home is situated on a spectacular lake with crystal clear water and filled with big fish for awesome angling right off our dock or using our row boat. The Community also has a large pool, children's play park, and tennis and basketball courts. The house is located near grocery stores and restaurants as well as activities such as rafting, skiing, hiking, golfing, biking and some of the countries largest indoor/outdoor water parks such as Camelback and Kalahari water parks.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 people, and has a blowup mattress to accommodate two additional guests. Two rooms have queen beds, and the third room has a full-on–full bunk bed which sleeps 4 additional guests comfortably. Enjoy the pebble stone shower, and year round sun room overlooking the lake. After enjoying the lake relax by the lakeside fire-pit then head to the 8 person hot tub (new in July 2017) then head to the great room to watch a movie on the High Definition TV, or browse the internet utilizing the broadband Wifi throughout. After skiing come home and sit by the wood burning fireplace. Along with the recently remodeled kitchen and baths and beautiful hardwood floors, our year-round lakefront home in the mountains is a must stay retreat for your next family vacation.

1.Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in the house.
2.Other Guests: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property.
3.Accidents and Injury: Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Damage: Guest will promptly notify the Homeowner of any damage, or of any situation that may significantly interfere with the normal use of the Property or to any furnishings supplied by the Homeowner.
5.Noise: The Guest will not make (or allow to be made) any noise or nuisance which, in the reasonable opinion of the Homeowner, disturbs the comfort or convenience of surrounding neighbors.
(website hidden) and Maintenance: The Guest will keep the Property reasonably clean. Prior to Checkout / departure all dishes should be placed in dishwasher, lights turned off, and all heat set to 55 degrees.
7.Trash: The Guest will dispose of its trash by placing in provided outside trash bin and will place trash bin by the curb on day of Check-out.
8.Footwear: Footwear which are soiled or wet should be removed at the entrances to the Property in order to protect the wood floors and carpeting.
9.Pets: Pets are NOT allowed.
10.Illegal Conduct: The Guest will not engage in any illegal trade or activity on or about the Property.
11.Parking: Parking passes are provided at the main security gate. Guests must take their drivers license and vehicle registration inside to the main security gate to obtain parking passes. Guest must display parking pass on the dashboard at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense.
12.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the Property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
13.Fireplace and Outside Fire pit: If the Fireplace inside the Property is used, Guest will ensure the steel curtain is closed at all times to ensure embers do not exit onto the carpet. If Guest uses the fire pit near the lake, Guest must douse the grounds surrounding the fire pit with water prior to starting the fire. The fire pit should not be used during windy conditions.
14.Lake: Swimming and use of the boat is at your own risk. If you use the boat ensure you place the boat back upside down on the shore at the end of your stay. Do not feed the ducks. In the winter do not walk out on the frozen lake, it’s very dangerous.
15.Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that products other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, Guest will be charged damages.
16.Storms: No refunds will be given for storms
17. You must be 23 years of age to rent.
18. Lost amenity badges which are available to guests staying between July 1 and Labor Day will be assessed a $50 charge to replace
