My apartment is good for couples on budget travel! Lovely neighborhood and neighbors! It is 25 minutes by bus from Manhattan! I moved to USA in May 2015 and rented this apartment in June 2015, step by step getting it furnished
My apartment is located in a very safe, green and clean neighborhood, there are a bunch of restaurants in the neighborhood; Steak house, Chinese & Pizza.
There is 7/11 which is open 24 hours. There is Dairy Queen as well
There are Walmart and Korean mart nearby as well
I aim to offer travelers decent, clean, spacious and affordable place to stay whilst being in NYC.
My space is unique because it is not far from Times Square, Manhattan, it is 25-30 minutes by bus, ticket price is 4.5$/one way, you would pay more to move from Brooklyn to Manhattan!
If you buy 10 tickets which would work for 5 days (go & come back ) you get 3-4$ discount on total price...check at the bus terminal when you arrive.
My space gives you a chance to breathe and relax after hectic busy day in NYC, relaxing in the terrace, having dinner..chitchat ;)
My guests are free to walk in the apartment wherever they like!
My main goal is to provide decent, clean, spacious and private bedroom for travelers.
During your stay, I will be sleeping in the living room, I normally am out all day and come back to sleep only, sometimes I do not sleep at home during your stay.

I am free to help, would take you around in weekends. If I have time, I will pick you up!
It is a bit difficult to prepare bath towels for guests arriving after 24 hours from their booking.
Make yourselves at home! I am new on AIRBNB, so please bear it in mind!
I try to do my best to make you feel comfortable and happy in my place:)
Prior to your arrival, please write me the basic needs you are expecting to find in my place so I make sure it is available.
