Carriage House is approx 900sf & only 2 blocks off Peachtree St. Private entry + parking. Amazing central location (yet quiet) near High Museum, Piedmont Park & many restaurants. King Size Bed, Full Bath, Kitchen, Den with treadmill, Secluded Deck/Garden!
Located in the heart of Atlanta! Extremely quiet and comfortable space, yet convenient access to all that Midtown and Buckhead have to offer - Atlantic Station is also just minutes away! In addition to enjoying the carriage house, guests will have access to a secluded patio / garden area with outdoor seating and a private parking spot; home is located 2 blocks from the main thoroughfare, Peachtree Street. Restaurants, Parks, Shopping, and Museums are all within walking distance.
Necessities will be provided with plenty of clean towels, washcloths, fresh linens, Keurig k-cups, shampoo, and soap. The kitchen is also equipped with basic kitchen supplies/utensils so you can prepare your own meals, although many restaurants are within walking distance. The carriage house is also equipped with an iron, ironing board & hair dryer.
The space is ideal for 2 people; however, I have indicated in the listing that it can accommodate 3 people - I have a Serta roll-away twin bed that is kept in the closet (think hotel-type rollaway bed) which can accommodate a 3rd guest. It's probably best suited for a child, but can accommodate an adult as well. You're also welcome to bring an inflatable mattress should you have one - just be mindful that you'll need to provide linens for that. The roll-away does have linens, pillows, and comforter.
Look at the map - home is located directly in the heart of the city!
Guests will have private access to the entire carriage house featuring 1 bedroom with King Size Bed and dining area, tons of closet space, kitchen with refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, stove, and microwave, private gym with treadmill and elliptical machine, and full bath.
TV access is via ROKU player with access to Netflix, Amazon TV, Sling TV, and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Play.
If your stay is 7 days or longer, there is a shared laundry area that can be accessed for 1 out of each 7 days.

I have been an Airbnb host (Superhost!) for just over 2 years now and have hosted 100+ guests and counting - all with 5 star reviews!
A bit about me: I am a former real estate broker in Atlanta. However, I now work at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and although I miss real estate, Airbnb affords me the opportunity to still dabble a bit. Having said that, I've been in Atlanta for 17 years, and combined with the knowledge that I gained as a real estate broker, I know the ins and outs of the city, so I can be a great resource should you need any suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and how to get around -- and what it takes to make sure that you're satisfied with your stay here!
I hope that you do choose to stay here, and should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! (I respond quickly as well!)
