Beautifully refurbished and fully furnished one-bedroom apartment on one of Berlin's most desirable streets- Paul Lincke-Ufer, the canal running through Kreuzberg and Kreuzkolln from the Spree. It's a lovely part of the city, I can't recommend it highly enough.
Relax in the spacious living room overlooking the quiet and leafy courtyard with an abundance of reading material (and of course wifi); kitchen is fully furnished and there is plenty of room to prepare food or enjoy a glass of wine at the table; bedroom is quiet and simply but nicely furnished, with just the bed, chest of drawers, mirror and rack for hanging clothing.
I've kept the decor in the flat deliberately simple (minimal even)- I prefer it that way as I find it easier to relax and think with less clutter and distractions- hopefully you will too.
I can provide you with detailed info on anything about the local area be it sightseeing tips or what's happening in the city that week.
Just get in touch if you want to find out more!
This is a no smoking flat.
No Torrenting anything! There are strict penalties for illegal downloading in Germany.
Enjoy yourself but please be considerate of the neighbours- there are families in the building.
