It's worth knowing that our house dates bak to medieval times and is typical of the houses built and lived in in those times gone by. This means that there are a number of narrow and steep staircases that link the bedrooms to the kitchen and terrace where breakfast is served. People with mobility problems or with young children may find these stairs difficult.

All our guests are unique and we like to think we are sufficiently empathetic to understand the level of interaction our guests require. Let's face it, not everyone is a morning person and the last thing they want is us hanging around trying to establish a conversation over breakfast! However, the opposite is also true, others love to chat and swap life stories and we are always happy to oblige. We speak excellent french and therefore are very willing to make restaurant or theatre reservations or book taxis, for example and indeed help with anything within our power and skills set to do so. Packed lunches can be provided with advanced notice along with airport transfers, luggage storage, bicycle repairs and laundry services for additional fees. It's your holiday your way.
Please note that we live in a typical medieval hilltop village. "Hilltop" means that there are lots of steep and narrow pedestrianised streets and lanes in and around the village. The entrance to our B&B is up a steep incline which may mean people with mobility challenges may find the access difficult.
The interior of our guesthouse follows the natural contours and is a typical example of a 12th century medieval village house. There are interconnecting staircases from bedrooms to kitchen to terrace which may cause concern to people with mobility difficulties. Whilst eating is strictly forbidden in all of our guest rooms, we are happy to serve breakfast in the room to guests enjoying our ground floor bedroom.
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the house although guests may smoke on the terrace providing other non-smoking guests do not object.
We have our own set of terms and conditions that outline the expected behaviour of our guests which we are happy to provide upon request.
Sadly, we don't accept pets.

I love life. I live for today. Yesterday never happened and tomorrow is a hope. Bit profound, I know, but when you are a metastatic cancer survivor like me, your whole life outlook changes. Now I'm not looking for your sympathy but I am looking to share my joie de vivre with anyone in need of some good old fashioned TLC.
Maybe that's you? If so, I guarantee to offer you magical and unforgettable moments from a holiday at our B&B in the most undiscovered and stunningly beautiful region of S.W.France.
Whilst we don't profess to be the best, we guarantee to work extremely hard to make sure your stay is second to none!
"We" are: my husband, Keith Hurley, Bluffy the Havanese pooch, Lily the Cat, Queen of Chambres D'Hotes Le Petit Coin de Charme, along with myself of course!
We've been hosting guests here in Caylus, Tarn et Garonne since June 2014 after moving from the UK 3 months before. And what fabulous people we've met from around the world, many of whom have since become firm friends. That's our hosting style and our gorgeous authentic medieval village house has had a massive influence on helping us develop these lasting relationships.
But don't take my word for it! The best thing you can do right now is to send me a booking enquiry so that you can come and see for yourself why people fall under the spell of Le Petit Coin de Charme, our medieval village of Caylus and the stunning beautiful countryside that is the garden of France.
Whilst you're here, you might be interested to know that I run a number of creative workshops. You see I am passionate about making natural soap infused with local herbs, scents and clays for both men and women, much of which is offered complimentary to all our guests.
Maybe you'd like to learn these skills too? After all, there is nothing better than giving a hand made gift to the people in your life you love the most and they will adore receiving it knowing it's been uniquely made by you with them in mind.
I also offer a workshop that teaches you the skills to up cycle your old furniture…think french château on a budget!
I can tailor make a holiday for you with accommodation to suit your travel plans. Just imagine taking home new skills to show off to friends and family!
So, back to where I started. Contact me today, not tomorrow which is always a hope away!
Oh, one last thing I'll share with you…I am a healer, I work with crystals and the universal energy to bring about chakra balance for animals and people. TLC for free!
