Viktor communicated very quickly and easily, and made us feel very welcome. He accommodated us on a last minute request, which was so helpful.
The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. He also supplies coffee, tea, juice, water, some food (bread, cheese, yogurt, milk) and earplugs.
The room is small but it has a desk with two stools, a tv, and a big window. There is still enough space for a large bag or two. When the window is open, it can get a bit loud (since it is over the street), but when you close the window it is much quieter. The bed is comfortable.
The bathroom is in the hallway, shared with the other bedroom. It is very clean, and he provides shampoo and towels. The toilet works well, and the shower pressure is great.
The "kitchen" is in the hallway, and is basically just a sink with a mini fridge below it. There is also one hot plate if you need to cook, but the counter space is extremely limited (only space for the hot plate and nothing else). We made eggs in the morning, and cooked some chicken for dinner and it worked fine.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. The elevator is extrememely small though (can fit 3 people very tightly), so we used the stairs. The location is wonderful. It is right next to the metro stop, and about 25 minute walk to the central train station, and cathedral. It is also only a few blocks away from tons of shopping (Neumarkt), and a large strip of bars and restaurants. It is a great place to stay!
