Bright, fully equipped, 2nd floor apartment within Centenary Park Estate, a luxury, gated, 1 year old complex with its own tennis court, basketball area, 25m pool, gymnasium, conference room, barbeque areas, childrens playground and theatre room. Fast internet with WiFi, continental breakfast, tea, coffee, towels, all bedding and expenses are included. There is internal lift access from a designated, underground, secure carspace. The apartment is cleaned in between stays.
The living room has Ultra HD TV, Blu-ray player, a sofa bed, gas heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, and opens onto a large balcony with gas barbeque, outdoor setting and views extending from a large oval to the city skyline. There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop, stone benchtops. The main bedroom has an ensuite, a balcony overlooking the courtyard, air conditioning, a walk-through wardrobe, study area, TV and king bed which unzips into long singles. The second bedroom also has its own balcony as well as a built-in wardrobe, double bed and study area. The third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and office space. The internal laundry has a large washing machine, tub, dryer, clothes line and ironing facilities.
Surcharges apply during peak periods. Discounts are available for last minute bookings and bookings that fill or partially fill gaps in the calendar.

The guest has the right to occupy a(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Courallie Ave, Homebush West, 2140. Check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 2pm unless one party arrives on the same day as another departs, in which case the checkout and check-in times on that day are 11am and 2pm, respectively.
The number of people allowed to stay overnight at the home i(URL HIDDEN)adults an(URL HIDDEN) children (under 15 years). Contravention of this rule may result in termination or extra charges. The by-laws of the strata scheme, which deal with matters such as noise, state and use of common property will be enforced. Use of the toilet and shower near the recreational facilities is prohibited. Unauthorised gatherings are prohibited.
Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Guest Responsible for Security and State
The guest is responsible for ensuring the security and state of the property and its contents during the stay. This includes locking the property during outings and on departure. The guest will also be liable for, and must promptly notify the agent of, damage in the property other than from fair wear and tear.
The property will be clean on arrival and will be cleaned on departure. Excessive dirt and stains must be cleaned up promptly by the guest.
Charges for Excessive Use of Electricity
An allowance of 12kWh/day is made for electricity, which has been sufficient for most guests (at $0.274/kWh this produces a quarterly bill of approximately $300). The power meter will be read before and after the guests' stay. The agent reserves the right to charge for usage exceeding the allowance at $0.30/kWh.
Rubbish Bins are located in the basement, near the lift.
Linen Fresh linen will be provided at the start of the stay.
Pets No pets are allowed unless payment and prior arrangements have been made. A suitable sleeping container must be provided by the guest for any pets.
Access arrangements will be emailed on receipt of booking confirmation.
Parking: The carspace is numbered 423, on the left just after entering the carpark under building A.
Food: Tea, coffee, beverages, some breakfast food (enough for two people for three days), some dry food, tinned food and condiments are provided free of charge.
Internet: Fast internet is provided via a WiFi (wireless) router. The wireless network SSID is “Hempel Property Services". The security password is “aa00aa00". The download speed slows to 256kB/s in the event that the 60GB/month quota is reached.
Phone: Costs of any VoIP calls will be deducted from the security (website hidden) and DVD: The TV in the main bedroom is set to receive input from, and can be adjusted via, the set top box (AV1). The TV and DVD player in the living room are operated via remote control.
Laundry and Bathroom: Detergents, softeners and stain removers are provided in the laundry. Drying facilities are located on the balcony off the second bedroom.
