Every year we invest 80% of the proceeds from the rent in the house. In 2016 we completely renovated the terrace; In 2017 we renewed the house's prospect, replaced the kitchen on the ground floor and installed a small kitchen on the upper floor to make the terrace an autonomous place for dinners and dinners in the open air.
