Our gorgeous 3 bedroom (2 Queen bedrooms; 1 room with child's bed) 2.5 bath has tons of space AND a backyard. It's also located half a block from Cafe Grumpy (made famous by GIRLS); the hot spots of Williamsburg and Greenpoint are easy to access!
Centrally located to all the charms of Greenpoint and Williamsburg, our spacious home is actually located on one of the most peaceful blocks in the area. There's even a backyard to stretch out in -- a rare NYC amenity -- after a full day of sightseeing. Our porch has a large table that easily seats six. We love waking up and having coffee and breakfast there, and it's a perfect place to have dinner as well. If you need to do work, why not do it outside? WiFi also reaches the porch!
Important details on the bedrooms: the Master bedroom has a brand new Queen bed, the second bedroom has a brand new Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a toddler bed, which comfortably sleeps children under 5. Therefore up to 2 couples and 1 child can sleep in real beds, while we can accommodate up to 2 more adults or children by adding a combination of air mattresses to any of the bedrooms.
We've put a lot of care into our luxurious space and love nothing more than sharing it with fellow travel lovers! We also adore our neighborhood and are excited to share local travel tips with our guests.
As a final added bonus, Key Food is a 3 block walk from the home. This large grocery store is a great place to stock up on affordable basics for the week including organic milk, mineral water, deli meats, eggs, beer, etc., and like almost all grocery stores in New York -- they deliver (free of charge!) so there's no need to lug bags of food home.
*More details if you need more room: we can add a very comfortable queen air mattress to the spacious Master bedroom at an extra charge. We can also add a single air mattress to the toddler room if you have more than one child traveling with you. We charge $50/night for every guest after 4 guests.
A designer kitchen, our gorgeous interior, a beautiful backyard and deck, and all of our 3-year-old's toys -- did we mention the house is kid-friendly while compromising nothing for adults? Pack n' Play available for babies or those who aren't yet ready for a toddler bed.
We also speak Polish, and Polish guests will find themselves particularly at home in this neighborhood.

We're usually in the area and easily available by phone or text but we we respect your privacy. You'll get no random stopovers by us :)
While Manhattan and other areas are easy to access, what we love most about our neighborhood is that there's so much to do, we never want to leave, especially on the weekends. Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents are big on eating out and enjoying drinks, and while we have too many places we love to list individually, we can share some of our favorites.
For kid-friendly beers + sausages, head to Spritzenhaus near McCarren Park from noon till 3pm. You won't believe the variety of ales, lagers, stouts and strollers in one awesome, open aired modern beer hall!
For carefully crafted cocktails and a true Greenpoint vibe, head on down to Franklin Avenue and hit up Ramona for charcuterie and a classic martini.
Looking for our favorite date night spot? Take a $5 cab ride and head to Marlow + Sons in South Williamsburg for oysters, then go next door to Diner for burgers and seasonal fare.
If you're in the mood for sushi, no need to head to Manhattan. Instead, 1 or 8 has amazing fish; make sure you call ahead to sit at the sushi bar and order to Omakase.
Looking to just enjoy some snacks and drinks at home? There are some wonderful spots to grab wine and charcuterie within a 5 minute walk from the home.
For vino, check out Grapepoint Wine, which is just around the corner on Norman Ave and has a wonderful selection of vintages for all price ranges. Vine Box, one block further on Nassau, is smaller but has a carefully curated, excellent selection of wines for those who are looking for even more options. Greenpoint Cheese + Meat (one block further on Driggs) is also tiny but has everything you need for a killer cheese + meat plate (they'll even make one up for you) as well as delectable sandwiches and snacks like marcona almonds and potato chips made on Long Island. Likewise, Sweet Fox Cafe, an authentic French cafe 2 blocks from the house, has amazing French sandwiches and croissants! Can you tell we love the food in our hood?
Finally, the *one* place we'll wait on line to get into is the bar at the top of Wythe Hotel. The managers never let it get too crowded, the service is fantastic, and the views from the roof of the sunset over Manhattan are unbeatable.

No smoking and absolutely no parties allowed; we have tenants who live in the lower apartment and as mentioned, this is a quiet block. Anyone who has a party (more than 4 guests in addition to the up to 7 maximum staying in the house) will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
