Minutes walk to major attractions such as the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Aquarium, Hayward Gallery and Southbank Centre, British Film Institute and many many more. Nearby Waterloo Underground Station takes you to Stratford for the Olympic Park in 24 minutes. For a more local experience, try Lower Marsh and The Cut - both vibrant streets for boutique shopping, dining and nightlife.

There is a £50.00 late arrival fee if guests arrive after 10pm/22.00 at night. This is payable on arrival.
Please do not smoke anywhere inside the apartment. You can smoke in the garden area or outside of the main entrance. Please dispose of any cigarette ends appropriately.
Please be aware that this is a residential building with neighbours living above, below and beside you. Enjoy your stay in the apartment, however, do not make excessive noise such as playing loud music. Also be respectful and limit noise in the corridors/entrance ways.
Please do not use the washing machine after 9pm at night or before 8am in the morning.
The waste bins and recycling are situated outside of the building. All rubbish and recycling must be taken to the disposal area and not left anywhere else in or outside of the building.
As you leave the main entrance, there is an alley way to your left. You will need to use the white key card to open the gate. The waste/recycling area is on the left in this alleyway. Use the code C 0578 Z to open the door. There is a light switch on the right as you enter the room.
Once inside, waste bins are straight ahead and recycling is on the right hand side. Use the exit button on the left side wall.
Please do not take the white key card away from the apartment. There is a £40 replacement fee if the card is lost.
As an additional security measure, on arrival we will take a photograph of a guest passport or driving licence (picture ID). There is also a short contract to sign covering access to the property and returning keys at the end of the booking, agreement not to sublet and agreement not to make excessive noise, smoke, damage or misuse the property.
