we (i.e. Katharina and Gunnar) offer our 12m² study/sleepingroom.
The flat is equipped with everything essential for surviving: a cozy sleeping place (bunk bed), a washing machine, a water boiler, an espresso maker for caffeine junkies, WiFi, a freezer for ice cream and much more.
What makes the flat so essential? It’s very central:
-10min to the shopping district
-5min to the water
-5min to park “Sanssouci”
-100m to a market centre: supermarket, bakery,(URL HIDDEN)drugstore etc.
-100m to Tram/ bus station as well as bikes for renting(URL HIDDEN)(Nextbike)
-5 - 10min by bike to University “Am Neuen Palais” , about 25min to the campus Golm
-20min to the Albert-Einstein Science Park (GFZ, PIK, AWI, AIP)
-20min to Golm Science Park (MPI, Fraunhofer Institute)
Despite our central position the room is pretty calm (as it's not facing the street) with a view on the green.
Feel free to bring your pet (but please announce it when booking) and if you need towels and bedlinen you will get some (free of charge of course).
1. Take off your shoes, please.
2. Don't eat our food if you haven't asked before, please.
3. Put down the toilet seat after you are finish, please. ;-)
Actually, I thought it would not be necessary to make rules because I thought everybody knows how to act in someone's foreign flat. However, it was a mistake to believe. ;-)
