We appreciate the guest's feedback regarding their experience at our property. With regards to the transfer service, our transfer service rate always tries to match the estimate of what it would cost for our guest to take a taxi. Which they may validate through (Website hidden by Airbnb) also considering that airport taxi's have a 100THB surcharge on top of the total amount from the meter. Our aim for this transfer service is not mainly to earn but to provide convenience for our guests as we know how public transportation can be a struggle here in Phuket. Our furniture is only expected to be new if the property is also newly published for occupancy. Otherwise if it's an existing property, as all other property listings in Airbnb, the furniture would also be pre existing and used as well. Although we do ensure that all our furniture and appliances are presentable and of great working condition for every time a guest would check in. As for the electricity, we clearly disclosed it on the advert that it’s not included in the rental price. And to be fair and transparent with out guests, during check in our staff will always explain to our guests on how the electricity will be calculated and upon check out, our staff will inform the guests about their electric usage and the corresponding amount to be paid. Note that any guest can check and verify the consumption anytime during their stay as they have access to the electric meter room.
Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Slavomir back in Phuket soon.
