Wonderful room in peaceful Schumacher Place next to the heart of German Village. Nearby restaurants, Parks, shops, galleries, and close to downtown. Full Continental Breakfast included. LGBT friendly.
The house is over 100 years old but you would not know it. Except for the wonderful wood floors and the original brick street that it sits on. Private bedroom on the second floor with windows facing to the east.
Guest will have full access to use the shared living spaces, Living room, dinning room, Kitchen and back yard. I will have a continental breakfast put out each morning. If you like to cook you are more then welcome to use the Kitchen as long as you clean up. You have a privet bathroom on the first floor.

I do live in the house and will come and go as normal. I am a friendly guy so if you have any questions about the area or things to do don't hesitate to ask.
I do have a Weimaraner who is just over a year old. He is a big bundle of love. However he will great you with a bark but don't be fooled he just wants to say hi.
Be kind and considerate I will do the same :). Please no smoking in the house you can do so on the back patio just make sure the door is closed so the smoke does not go into the house.
I am a very active individual and enjoy being outside when possible. My favorites things to do are Rowing, Swimming, Biking, Running, Triathlons, hiking and just working in the yard. I have worked in Hospitality for a long time starting in restaurants in high school. I now work at a Hilton and when I retire I plan open a B&B in Saugatuck/Douglas Michigan.
I do both traveling and hosting on Airbnb and love both. Its just great to meet different people and visit different places. If there is anything you would like to know about Columbus when you are here don't be shy!! If I am staying with you I know I wont be shy to ask about the area.
I do love animals and have a dog of my own named Chance. He is weimaraner and is just over a year old. He is a great big bundle of joy and is always willing to play a game of fetch.
I do have a life motto that I got from my favorite book the peaceful warrior. It is there simple words - paradox, humor, and change. If you know the book you know the meaning if you have not read the book you should. It is a great conversation piece if I am staying at your place or if you are staying at mine just ask I would be more then willing to explain.
