In fact, Jan himself did not come but his friend Mark did, this review is probably what Jan heard from Mark. Mark is a very demanding guest, we even had to look up the AirBnB standards of hospitality for this kind of property to establish whether Mark was expecting too much. I am glad that in this review Mark is not mentioning those issues which we discussed and found to be based on exaggerated expectations Anyway, we are grateeful for Mark's comments where they are accurate, as this will help us meet even the highest expectations. Not all the comments I can agree with, however. The slopes are not too steep to put the sunbeds, as anyone can see at the photos. There are lots of new towels and linen bought in May for this season - perhaps Mark could not find them? The 5-bedroom house was indeed too big for one couple, so not so easy to find things. Normally our cleaning lady welcomes the guests and shows them the house, she is also available to do additional cleaning wshould this be necessary, so we do not have such issues with our other guests. But Mark arrived well past midnight, therefore exceptionally he was not met, and in addition had a problem finidng the keys. I can understand that as a result he was upset and in a bad mood but if he had called, I would have easily explained all this by phone. We answer our guests' emails and text messages within minutes, as we did Mark's other questions - but he never asked us about the towels and linen. As for the blinds - indeed, the mechanism broke when previous guests were staying, we will fix when we return, but light curtains (semi-transparent) were there, and there are 4 more bedrooms to choose from if the broken blinds in one are an issue. Admittedly, not all with double beds and only three with air conditioning. OK we thank Mark for his visit, will take note of his criticism, will fix what indeed needs to be fixed and we hope that our other gusets will be pleased with the house - indeed, most are!
