The most impressive features of this property are stunning views from every room. Large windows bring the outdoors in and the 600 foot deck with grill, outdoor dining and seating area extends the living space.
The LOWER LEVEL of the home consists of two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other is standard double. In addition there is a large office with two full size work spaces with computers and a separate exit. A spacious family entertainment room has a large sofa, parlor grand and gas fireplace exits through two double-doors onto a spacious patio featuring four Adirondacks and a gas fire pit. A full bath and laundry room is off the Family room. There is a wet bar with a beverage cooler. A little art room is just off the stairs for the artist in your family.
There is a two car garage and ample surfaced parking for about ten other vehicles.
Arrangements for access will be one on one with Tim or Suzanne. The entire property is accessible to you except for a locked closet. Except for the entry the main level is handicap accessible. For those sturdy enough for an adventure in our wild woods we have five acres of Doug Firs and Maples in which to roam, but it is steep. A park bench near the woods is an utterly serene vista. The quartz stone celebrates the life of a wonderful family pet The woods are not advisable for unaccompanied children. But near the woods is is a rope swing with a pendulum swing of at least 12 feet. You may use, but at your own risk.

Typically we will provide all instructions orally and in writing. In case of questions or difficulties we will be available by phone or messaging. We would love to meet you personally but that may not be possible in all instances. In any event we want to get to know you so that you are comfortable with us and vice-versa.
This home is on a private lane that is shared by three wonderful quiet neighbors. We are at the very end of the lane and nicely screened by landscape from our nearest neighbor. The upper deck is about 600 feet with table, four chairs and a couple adirondacks as well as the Weber propane grill. Eight extra chairs are available in the garage. Stairs connect you to the lower concrete deck about the same size as the upper decking. The fire pit is on lower level.
We require our guests to respect our home, our possessions and our neighbors privacy. The home is not particularly childproof and if you have a pet we want to know about the pet. It cannot be left alone and there is no separate enclosure. A pet should not be left outside as there can be elk and an occasional coyote. Altercations end poorly for pets. Obviously, though marijuana is legal in Oregon we prefer no smoking whatsoever because seasonally the risk of fire can be high.

Welcome to Portland, a land of wine and roses. Suzanne is a retired school superintendent and I was in real estate. We have more time and travel is on our agenda. Places we love are France, Holland, Denmark, Ireland, Mexico, Sweden and Russia. We intend to expand further into Europe, the Mediterranean and China. We love gardening and tending to our home and ten acres. Our home is full of books, art and music. The area for it's great food, many wineries, entertainment and terrific energy. Suzanne loves playing the piano and I oil paint. Sharing this beautiful place with friends is one of our greatest joys. We love the seasons here, our views, wildlife and, on occasion, dynamic weather.
