Located just 20 minutes from the city, you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled across the most delicious stretch of wilderness at our farm in Swan Valley. Sitting on the expansive back deck with a polished concrete plunge pool & overlooking the trees, the water, & some very friendly alpacas, you’re sure to feel a sense of peace, serenity, and wonder sinking in. Our luxury modern home, finished in late 2021, comes complete with high-end furnishings, linens, & kitchenware. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Prostor
Located in scenic Swan Valley, our new luxury home provides a tranquil and serene home base for exploring this diverse region. Our home is ideal for couples and families seeking a weekend (or longer!) escape.
Living Space
Clean lines, abundant natural light, and luxury furnishings define our living space. You’ll find it complete with a wide, plush sofa perfect for afternoon naps, and two cozy side chairs from which to curl up with a book or mobile device. On your cozy evenings in, be sure to take advantage of the fireplace for a warm glow as you tune in to a favourite show on the Smart TV with WiFi.
A separate dedicated office space allows you to stay in touch with the office.
Kitchen & Dining
This ultra-modern and fully-equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream! Decked out with stainless steel appliances, dramatic marble back splash, generous work space, and a breakfast bar seating 3, you’ll have everything you need to create all the family’s favourite dishes and perhaps try out a new, local recipe.
The formal dining table is reminiscent of mid-century modern styling and comfortably accommodates 8. Take advantage of the opportunity for an old-fashioned family dinner, while you discuss the day’s events and plan for new adventures tomorrow.
Bedrooms & Baths
Our home offers 4 bedrooms, including one primary suite and 2 baths, all on one level.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, perfect for late-night readers or scrollers. You’ll be enchanted by the oversized window overlooking the lush greenery. An oversized walk-in closet provides all the room you’ll need for your clothes and other items. The en-suite bath is a spa-lovers dream, with dual vessel sinks and a marble walk-in shower with rain head to pamper you.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and corner chair to catch a few minutes of alone time. It looks out over the pond and the plunge pool.
Bedroom 3 also has a queen-size bed, with views of the vast yard and all the greenery.
Bedroom 4 features a double bed.
Bathroom 2 offers a large walk-in shower and soaking tub, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area.
Outdoor Amenities
The expansive deck will quickly become the family favourite. Stretching through the stacker doors and around the pool, you’ll find both covered and open spaces, allowing you to either enjoy the sun or the shade. A seating group is perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon tea.
Be sure to take advantage of the Weber grill for a family barbecue.
The polished concrete plunge pool, overlooking the pond and seemingly endless yard, is a special amenity. Heating is available in spring and fall.
In addition, we offer our guests ducted air conditioning, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Hello, we are Dan and Holly and I’m so excited that you’re considering our Swan Valley family home for your next adventure in Western Australia!
My wife and I bought a blank canvas of land 4 years ago, with the intention of building a home and raising our family there. Life apparently had different plans for us, and we are back in the outback for a few more years, so we’ve decided to share our little slice of paradise with other people who want to explore this beautiful area of Western Australia.
The home was finished in late 2021, but prior to that, we planted an avocado orchard on the front half of the property. Feel free to enjoy them! Our property is bisected by a Jane Brooke stream which flows from around April-late October. You’ll also find a herd of friendly alpacas wandering the property. Surprises all around!
What I like the most about our property is the convenience of being just 20 minutes from the city, yet feeling completely removed from civilization. It’s just total peace and quiet - you won’t hear or see any neighbors.
As befitting even a part-time resident of Swan Valley, some of my interests include wine, farming, and of course, my family.
We hope you and yours enjoy our home here and come back to visit again!

The Swan Valley is one of Perth's hidden gems, located just a short drive from the city center. The valley is home to a number of vineyards and wineries, as well as breweries, distilleries, and cafes.
The Swan Valley is the perfect place to while away a few days or longer. There are plenty of things to keep you occupied, including tasting some of the local wine, touring the breweries, or simply taking a leisurely stroll through the valley.
If you're feeling adventurous, there are also a number of hiking and mountain biking trails to explore. And if you're after something a little more relaxed, there are plenty of picnic spots dotted around the valley where you can sit back, relax and take in the stunning scenery.

The Swan Valley Visitors Centre is your one-stop-shop for information on all there is to see and do in the Swan Valley. Situated in the heart of the valley, the centre is surrounded by a variety of businesses and attractions, making it the perfect jumping-off spot to start exploring all that the Swan Valley has to offer. The friendly staff are more than happy to share their knowledge of the area and can provide you with maps, brochures, and advice on what to see and do during your visit. They can also help you book tours and attractions in the valley. Regardless of the length of your visit, make sure you drop into the Swan Valley Visitors Centre first - it's the best way to start your exploration of this beautiful part of Western Australia.
