Can easily sleep 6 - both bedrooms are extremely large one has en-suite bathroom. Sun adorns terrace from early afternoon till dusk even in the autumn-spring time. The large private garage immediately below the apartment is a great bonus. Situated in one of the last remaining green zones near to the Burriana beach it is the ideal place to just relax. Short term lets autumn to spring are welcomed. Controlled access to pedestrianized Nerja centre by bollards with police in evidence too.
Quite recently two groups of guests have described the space in our apartment of that of a small villa and that the photographs do not do it justice. It has a large terrace and here the sun adorns the apartment from early afternoon until sunset. This is particularly important at all times of the year and a major consideration when making a decision to rent as if the sun is ONLY on the property in the morning it is not convenient for many guests who like to eat alfresco and sunbath in the afternoon in the summer months and in the winter months a property can be quite cold. The two bedrooms are huge and can easily take further beds. The lounge area is also very large and in the private alcove we have a double sofa bed so hence the apartment can easily take up to guests. Our price however includes 4 guests and additional guests are required to pay a further sum. Importantly there are two bathrooms - one an en-suite to the master bedroom and the other independant. They are both large. There is a large hallway too. Many guests have called the master bedroom and it's facilities like a separate flat within the apartment. There is a private huge private garage immediately below the apartment with just a few steps leading up to the apartment. We have a keylock immediately outside the entrance and so guests can gain access easily at all times of day and night.
The property is entirely rented to our guests. If you are arriving at unsocial times because of the airflights booked etc then you can easily gain access by using the key safe immediately outside the apartment entrance. Here is the entrance key and inside the apartment there is the fob for lifting the electric barrier at the entrance to the Edificio and also the garage key and keys to the security grills which are on all windows. The swimming pool is open from early March to November 10.00 to 20.00 (and this is a bonus as many community swimming pools are not open from early May to end of September).

We are available at all times either by direct email or by the mobile number provided. We live just a short distance away and so can be there to help if problems arise and in case of emergency. We have gained a very good reputation as we also look after our property as if we live in it ourselves.
We provide an information pack with useful things to note and also our recommendations for example referring to good restaurants which provide excellent quality food at an economic price. Edificio Aljamar was built in 2003 and we have been the direct owners since occupation was available. it is probably one of the most peaceful green zones left in this desirable zone close to Burriana beach and the two local supermarkets of Mercadona and SuperSol.

You can access the property at any time and we shall do our very best to allow you to continue to be at the property until you need to leave especially if you have a late flight. However if we guests leave and arrive on the same day then we will do our best to accommodate departure and entry but have to consider cleaning time.

My husband is Spanish and between us we rent out 4 elegant properties in great locations in Nerja. I am English are we met each other at Residencial Aljamar where we both own properties now which we rent for holidaymakers. Many of our guests regularly return for longer lettings especially in the winter months and we have hosts guests from far afield looking to escape their own harsh climates to live in harmony here in the wonderful "Carribian" climate that Nerja offers all the year round. In fact Nerja itself is one of the best kept secrets of Spain for relaxation and being unspoiled - it is still a typical working town. I am English so we can respond very easily to English and Spanish speaking guests.
