If you are visiting Norwich for work for one or two days, this will be an ideal place to stay. We offer a quiet, double-bedded room with desk, wifi and sole use of bathroom in a Grade II listed house. Walk to businesses in the city centre or take a short bus ride to the University, hospital, or law courts. Iron and ironing board available. Restaurants galore.
Breakfast of cereal, toast and tea/coffee included.
The room overlooks the garden and has drawer space and a hat stand for your clothes. The double bed is very comfortable. The nearby bathroom, with shower over bath, is for your sole use. You're tucked away at the back of the house so your room and your access to the bathroom will feel private.
Towels and toiletries and a hair dryer provided. Iron and ironing board available on request.
You will be able to help yourself to a simple breakfast of cereal and toast and tea or coffee in the kitchen.

I will always be here to welcome you and to show you where things are.
I've had some requests for long term rentals but we aren't set up to receive long term lodgers. If you are on business or holiday and will be spending two or three days in Norwich and want a central, confortable and attractive room for the night and breakfast this will suit you.
Check in time is 5.00pm. Please contact me to see if an earlier check in time can be arranged, if necessary.
Our room and home is most suitable for a single person spending one or two nights in Norwich on business. It's quiet and comfortable and very well situated for transport. There's no TV in the room as most people travel with a laptop...but we can fix you up a small TV if you let us know in advance. This is a no smoking zone! No other rules! We hope you'll have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
My husband Peter and I are retired. He keeps busy by pretending not to be retired while I enjoy my gardening, friends, and sewing and knitting for grandchildren. I'm in a book group and a walking group and we both enjoy our cinema club...and then there's cooking and eating! We also enjoy travelling and have just spent several months in Texas and several months in Paris - two quite different experiences!
