Beautiful loft located in a very well connected and quiet area of Milan. Tube station and tram and bus all around so to get you basically anywhere you wish.
The building built in early '900, whose original purpose was housing for workers. The building is a typical Milanese 'balcony house' so there is nothing more authentic than this type of house to experience this city.
Newly renovated flat with full kitchen, wi-fi, cable and washing machine.
The area is lovely, Isola, just a few minutes from Garibaldi, Corso Como and Fiera di Milano.
The apartment is also very close to the Porta Nuova area, the new economic-financial center of Milan, with several skyscrapers and the "Bosco Verticale", defined at the end of 2014, the most beautiful skyscraper in the world.
Tram and buses to the center are just facing the building.
yellow line: maciacchini (3 bus stops). green line: Garibaldi station (5 minutes walking). In Garibaldi station there are also trains direct to Expo. lilac line: Isola (5 minutes walking)
The apartment consists of a large living room, with 2 sofas and a lot of space.
Two bad rooms one on the top of the other.
The Kitchen is well equipped with washing machine and dish washer.
The apartment is very cool during the summer.
No effort to arrive with your luggage, it is on the ground floor.
There is public car parking for free in the parallel street: via Valtellina.
Also a private parking in from of the building.
