My 2 bedroom apartment has classic East Village character with a cozy bedroom with a sleeping loft bed. Guests who stay here get to enjoy a truly downtown New York City experience.
Please note there is no longer a cat on site.
Welcome to my abode!
I have lived in this apartment for over 10 years, and have no plans of leaving. I feel as if I really lucked out getting this place, and now I'm so happy to be able to share it with others.
About the apartment: The first thing you'll notice when you walk in is the kitchen. There is a big bright window overlooking the building's garden area, and it is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal. That's if you can stave off the temptation of eating out at the many amazing local restaurants. (More on that later)
Next is the bathroom on the right which has a shower/tub combination. The shower provides amazing water pressure and doubles as a daily morning massage.
The next door on the right is your room. It features a nice-sized window. A full-sized loft bed leaves open a lot of floor space which makes for a very efficient use of floor space. There's a desk for your laptop, a chest of drawers and plenty of room to hang your clothes.
Next is the living room, which is very spacious has multiple big windows that light pours into during the day. There's original exposed brick all around and a big, very comfy wrap-around couch that faces a flat-panel TV that's HDMI enabled and equipped with Apple TV!
Finally my room is at the end of the apartment.
With this set-up you have the whole front of the apartment basically to yourself.
Guests have access to everything except my bedroom.

-No smoking inside the apartment or apartment building.
-No unauthorized guests of any kind.
-Guests must sleep in the assigned bedroom (**not the common living area**)
-Guests who stay when the owner is not present must regularly dispose of their own garbage in the trash cans available on the ground floor
