Dear Dominick, I’m very sorry it’s been so difficult for you reaching CasAlice B&B, we are opening now, so we are providing in these days to install a banner. I wrote on Airbnb and in a private message every indication, but apparently I should improve it! The room has a large window and air conditioning, I think there has been a problem with the remote control, because we usually use air conditioning and it has always worked, before and after your stay; maybe you should have called the number indicated on the instructions for assistance. Finally, I wasn’t there for some unexpected commitments.
