Or enjoy a leisurely 8 minute stroll along the Terrace walking pass the Governor of Western Australia's house and Supreme Court Gardens into Perth.


Swan River View Apartment' is a fully furnished self-contained, tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a fantastic location, with a balcony overlooking the Swan River, King's Park and Perth Cathedral. It is centrally located and you are within 8 minutes walking distance to shopping, restaurants, theatres and Perth's vibrant small bars and night life. Free public transport is available right outside the apartment and the trains are also close by. Barrack Street Jetty and Elizabeth Quay are a short walk and this is where you can visit the towering glass spire of the Swan Bells or take a ferry to Rottnest Island, Fremantle, Perth Zoo, South Perth and the Swan Valley wine region.

The apartment is ideal for vacations or for companies to rent for guests visiting the city. Ideal alternative to a hotel with it's resort style facilities.

The 380 bus from airport terminals 1 and 2 and the 40 and 935 buses from terminals 3 and 4 stop directly outside. Please refer to the TransPerth website for bus schedules

The apartment has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning that can be controlled for the main bedroom and the living area.

In the spacious living area there are 2 leather lounge suites and a large LCD television with Blu-ray DVD player and Foxtel. There is also a sound bar that you can Bluetooth or connect your phone, tablet or pc to.

The dining area has a table with seating for four.

A large private balcony with a table and seating for 4, where you can take advantage of the amazing views of the Swan River, Kings Park, St Marys Cathedral and South Perth.

The main bedroom contains a queen bed and TV and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a private en-suite with a basin, shower and toilet and the second bedroom has a bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet. There is also a laundry recess with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and complimentary soap, shampoo, and shower gel.

The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Tea coffee and sugar are complimentary.

Guests have access to the 29th floor where there is a rooftop pool, gym and a terrace with amazing views of Perth and over to Rottnest. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights etc. It overlooks the Swan River and is open 24/7 and the pool until sunset.

The apartment is very secure with controlled access to the lobby, apartment floors, pool/gym and parking area.

Included in the nightly rate is a secure undercover parking bay for 1 car.

Please be aware that if you are booking and have small children, that this apartment is on the 11th floor and has a balcony.

There is a 3 night minimum stay

A fully refundable $300 security bond is required, preferably by bank deposit, however if this is not convenient you can request to pay in cash and can be paid in your local currency.

Long term rentals can be requested.

Check in time is not before 2:00 pm and no later than 7:00 pm (unless organised in advance).

Check out time is 10:00 am. A late check-out is available but may incur a fee and is subject to availability.

The apartment is located next to major Perth hotels, but why stay in one of these when this apartment can offer you so much more space for a fraction of the cost.

This is an amazing place to stay, very central, clean and comfortable. Fantasia facilities and an awesome view across the Swan River. Would highly recommend staying here! Loved it!
