This "review" is utter and complete fabrication and punishment for guest's poor decision making. Please read the literally HUNDREDS of rave reviews above and below that support our 96% 5 star ratings. Even the claim about the refund is false, as guest was partially refunded.
Airbnb is a HOME STAY, not a hotel stay, and apparently is not for everybody. Guest clearly has a bone to pick against Airbnb and should stay in hotels in the future, or better yet, just stay home where they can completely control their environment.
