•Check in time is from 2pm until 11pm. Early check in may be possible upon availability.
•Check out time is by 11am. Late check out may be possible upon availability.
•On check in guests are required to present personal ID documents (ID card for EU, passport for all other nationalities) so that the host can make necessary registrations with the police and tourism authorities.
•The service is payable upon arrival. Cash is accepted either in Kunas or Euros as specified in the invoice provided by the host. Later payment may be possible if the guest and host agree to it.
•At the arrival the guest is required to verify that the accommodation is as advertised. If there are any circumstances the guest is not happy with they should share them with the host immediately so they can be rectified.
•Please conserve the energy and protect the environment by switching the air conditioning off when leaving the apartment, closing all the windows while the air conditioning is on and not leaving the taps running.
•Serenity Studio Apartments as well as the house are fully non-smoking. Should we have to clean the apartments after smoking we will have to charge a EUR100 fee.
•All damages to the property after check in are responsibility of the guest. Please close all the doors and windows when out so there would be no damage in case of storm, lighting, draught or theft.
•Guests are responsible for keeping the apartments secure at all times by locking the apartment building front door, front door of their apartment as well as closing all the windows when leaving the premises.
•Hotel safe has been made available for the safe keeping of personal belongings; however, the host is not responsible for any loss of property left in the apartment as a result of theft or misplacement.
•Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the property.
•The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients. We kindly ask you to take out the garbage daily during the summer.
•The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another location.
•The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other gusts or neighbours from 2pm to 5pm and from 10pm to 8am.
•The property owner has no right to enter the rented apartment or use the guest's personal belongings without prior announcement to and permission from the guest. The host can enter the apartment in the absence of the guest only when there is reason to believe that the apartment or guest is in danger or that the guest violated the house rules.
•When starting to use the accommodation it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations. Complains will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complains will not be considered.
