Thank you for your feed back and for letting me know about the water situation. I am very sorry to hear that you didn't mention this to Lotte and Steen, so this could be fixed immediately during your stay, and I am very sorry you decided to leave the house earlier because of this. Both Lotte and Steen told me you had a lot of contact during your stay and they both understood you decided to leave because your grand children had other plans. We always wish our guests to have a pleasant stay, and this is also why we always tell our guests (and write it in our welcome book), that if some problems occurs we / Lotte and Steen shall be informed immediately, otherwise we don't have any chance to solve eventually problems.
Can you please let me know if you already mentioned this to Lotte and Steen? I know there was something about the washing machine, where you needed some instruction, but I haven't been informed about the water.
There is new guests in the house now, and I will call a plumber immediately and take contact to the new guests to hear if they have problems, so again I appreciate you told me, but I am just very sorry I wasn't informed earlier, so we could have had the chance to arrange a plumber to fix this.
I really don't understand that you say you couldn't take baths, as I have been in the house yesterday and washed a lot of towels. We don't take any cleaning charges from our guests as normally our guests leave the house nice and clean, but I could see you have left the house in a hurry and not even went out with your garbage, so I can see that something has been wrong - this makes me very sorry that we haven't communicated about this instead of it has been such a big problem for you, that you didn't want to leave the house nice after you.
