I am very happy to advise, provide suggestions and help out as much as you wish, but will also leave you alone if you prefer. There are times I may not be in the city but will always be available by phone or email.
No smoking indoors and although I love pets, not in my apartment please! Please take shoes off as you enter and be respectful to the neighbors by not making too much noise after 10pm.
Please note that if I am not around to meet you with the keys, I will leave them in a cafe nearby which is open 8am - 8pm. It may not be possible for you to collect the keys outside of these times, so check with me first!

Originally from London, 2 years ago I quit my job as a Corporate Lawyer, packed my bags, and bought a one-way ticket to the Big Apple where I now am the Executive Director of a modern dance company based in Brooklyn. I enjoy yoga (namaste), studying ancient languages, Caribbean cuisine, and watching all the many varied styles of theater that this amazing city has to offer. Need some advice on what to see on or off Broadway? I'm your man!
