The public transport is available - bus stop is at 70 meters distance (5 stops to the Old Town).
There is a free parking lot near the studio but it's often busy and there is a parking space along the main street which can be paid hourly or daily.
As for the guests who arrive without a car, those who arrive at the airport, which is 22 km away, have three options:
1. they can get a taxi for 40 euro (300 Croatian kuna)
2. I, the host, can arrange a transfer for 30 euro (220 Croatian kuna)
3. they can use public transport from the airport - taking a bus at the airport and getting another one once they are in town. This arrangement costs 8.5 euro ( 60 Croatian kuna) per person but it's more uncomfortable and time consuming.
As for guests who arrive at the main bus station or at the Dubrovnik sea port (which are at a few kilometers distance), I organize a free transport to the apartment (the only thing guests do is letting me know the arrival place and time)
