The building has a gated private parking garage with a limited number of spaces. First come, first served. It gets busy in the summer; however, there is free public parking right next to the building. There are also a few parking spaces on the street in front of the building as well.
You are there! A ride down one of the three elevators and short walk out the building's private access gate in the back of the building. There is a private shower area for guests to rinse off the sand downstairs, located inside the gate that leads to the beach.
Guests will have a key to the front door of the building, a control to get into private parking area, and a key to the back door which is accessed through the parking area. They will have keys to the gate and the front door of the Condo. They will also have a key to the beach access gate.

We will not be available to greet our guests in person; however, the Condo manager will greet you, provide you the keys, and assist you in settling into the Condo. We will be available via text message.
In addition to the amenities listed above, we will provide a starter kit (approximately two-three day supply) of paper products, dish, and bath soap. There is a grocery store directly across the street open seven days a week for your convenience. They cater food for take out (Rotisserie chicken, french fries, rabbit, Paella, salads, etc). There is also a bakery across the street and a small bar for drinks. The Condo also has a cafeteria downstairs which serves a limited number of items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. It is open from 10 a.m. to midnight during the summer season.
