If you are planning on just sleeping in the room, then go ahead and book it, otherwise don't do it. They converted a living room into a bedroom that fits 5 people. You have to share the common living areas and it's ok but there are so many rules that they make you aware as soon as you get there, you cannot make any noise, there's even signs asking to walk softly for the downstairs neighbors, how can you expect 5 people to not make any noise? The bathroom is pretty little and you cannot lock the door. It was average clean and towels were provided for each of us.
The place is very close to the Eiffel Tower, that is the only plus.
If you have kids it's very uncomfortable.
The host Sara was very nice, spoke little English but we were able to communicate. We needed just one night stay, and it was allowed, not too many places allow this.
