is a typical early twentieth century dwelling. The holiday house is in the heart of Scicli, just 100 metres from the central Piazza Carmine and via F.M.Penna, UNESCO site and setting the note television series “commissario montalbano”.
Recently renovated, it keeps the ancient peculiarities: the stony wall, the roof with the ancient tiles and the mezanine. The house is also equipped with the most modern conforts to suit the guest’ requirements.
It is confortable and completely independent. It hosts up to 3 people.
