Our home is located in Mexico City, in Chimalistac, btwn. San Angel-Coyoacan, one of the nicest parts of town. Colonial and very central, walking distance to Walmart and subway and 25 good restaurants a walk away. Upper terrace offer splendid views.
Ultramodern home. Very well maintained. Furniture includes antiques.
There is a wet bar in the split level living room. The kitchen is large and has eat in table for 4.
There are 2 proper bedrooms, one en suite, the other bath outside in hallway. In addition there is a studio with a terrace on the third floor, with its own full bath. Currently a sleeper sofa on the living area can fit a 5th guest. Small garden as well.
Everything, excluding a couple of closets were we will keep our personal stuff, house supplies and so on.
The house shares an entry to my pied-à-terre in the back and to the servants casita, each with its own services and independence. This area is not available for viewing either.
Parking inside for 1 car. Garage opener requires additional security deposit.

I expect to greet them or have my associate host do so and make sure they understand how the house works, remain available for questions, via phone or email. A caretaker or maintenance staff is on the premises almost daily for a couple of hours, Spanish speaking only and not on weekends.

•All guests must be registered. In Check in form, and provide copy of current ID documents
•No guest under 3 years allowed.
•Check in time is 2-6pm. Local time.
•Check out time is noon. Local time.
•Length of stay. As shown in your reservation. If you want to extend your stay and there is vacancy you have to request a new reservation 48 hours before departure date on existing reservation
•No pets of any kind are allowed.
•No smoking inside the house. You can smoke in patios and terraces.
•Guest may not open any locked closets or rooms.
•Your reservation is for up to 4 people (2 Beds). If additional guest are invited to stay, you are required to alert us, and an additional per guest/per days fee will apply.
•Guest may not sublet to any other party.
•Guest will not allow strangers into the house.
•You may not conduct any illegal business inside the property.
•You may not leave any personal belongings after your stay. Doing so, assumes items may be disposed and will be destroyed or disbursed immediately after your departure (so please double check) no follow-up will be provided.
•Any requests or complaints will be requested in writing and sent by email to: (EMAIL HIDDEN) signing this agreement you acknowledge having read the House Manual and Home Rules too.
•A cash deposit is required in order to receive: set of keys (50Dlls or 1,000.00MN); TV Control (100Dlls or 2,000.00); Garage door opener. (100Dlls or 2,000.00). Your funds will be returned on check out. Only one deposit is required for all 3 items.
•Cleaning. You will provide access to the cleaning staff. Twice weekly. Staff will review all home conditions before your departure, so please provide access 1 hr. before your departure.
•Hosts and local host can enter the premises to supervise and oversee cleaning conditions and maintenance as required, and only during normal day business hours.
•Casa Lila consists of 3 houses. The main house (you are renting), the Guest House, and the service quarters. The Street main door provides access to all three of them.
•You will not interfere with access to the other two homes.
•Outdoor. The house has a private yard for the house use only; the Guest house has a Plaza, for the Guest House use only. Garage is shared.
•You will not remove keys attached to any door, unless the key is part of your key ring and you have access to that particular room or area.
•You will report any missing i or broken items, before your departure so a claim can be made.
•You will not make any International calls on the house phone.
•You will pay for any extras if any ordered and available.
•No professional photography for distribution is allowed. Specially on any illegal subject.
•No events are authorized, neither personal nor commercial.
•No business transactions allowed.

I was born and raised in Mexico City a few feet away from this house. I'm an Arrchitect and design and built the house. I actually have my pied-a-terre right behind it.
