- No cigarette smoking in the apartment - you have a beautiful balcony, feel free to use it also for this purpose.
- No parties or loud music. there are more people living in the building please respect them.
- Please do not use towels for any purpose other than hand or body drying. Use disposable paper towels provided for other needs. Towels used for wiping shoes, wiping make-up, or such similar purposes are for guests to keep at a fee of €15 each.
- please turn off all electric devices including lights, heating, A.C and ecc.
- the apartment is well maintained, please make sure is stays in that way.
