A quiet and private room with your own private bath in the most unique and spectacular house you will ever see. Your bedroom is on the secluded second floor. Lots of privacy. Ample on-site parking. Close to Hollywood, downtown LA, Occidental College. Views abound from both inside and the large garden. You will have access to the kitchen just as there are many great places outside to enjoy. Breakfast included. The movie “Good Will Hunting” was written in this home!
Above all: Please make sure that the doors to the outside are closed all the way and locked when you leave! It's a very nice and exclusive neighborhood, but it is still unsettling to come home to doors standing open and/or being unlocked! Please make really sure that the front door is CLOSED ALL THE WAY and locked when you leave. This only takes seconds. The front door lock needs to "click" into place - just check that it does not open once you have locked it, then it's locked.
Close the driveway gate after entering and exiting. When you check in, you'll get the automatic gate opener.
Please use coasters for your hot and cold drinks as we have a lot of wood furniture.
Use the air conditioner/heater in your room as much as you want. All we ask is that you please turn the a/c off when not in the room. Your room also has multiple windows for easy cooling most times of the year.
Please do not dry out wet clothes and towels on our furniture and/or doors! We have a lot of old, historical wood that is not easily replaced. Please use the ample space on the drying racks in the bathroom, or on the outdoor clothesline.
No children younger than 10 or pets.
