There is a charge of $20 for key delivery If I'm not able to greet you personally upon your arrival due to my work schedule. This charge will be applied at time of booking or prior to check-in via a ' special offer" to modify the price of your reservation .
The key will be delivered to you in person by a special messenger with whom I've contracted with at an appointed time and location. No monies should be given to the messenger for their services as I've 'pre-paid' them in advance. It is solely your choice if you wish to give them a gratuity , but not required. The key can only be turned over to the person who's name is on the reservation for security purposes
PLEASE provide me with your arrival and departure times when booking. This will help me to have the apartment ready when you arrive.
On the off chance I am not available to welcome you personally, I will arrange for a messenger to meet you with the key at an appointed time. There is an additional $20-25 charge for this service ( which is the price I pay to the delivery company ). The messenger will only be authorized to deliver the key to you for safety and insurance reasons . They are not authorized to turn over the key to any person other than those listed on the reservation .

I have travelled and lived all over the world, with large amounts of time spent in Western Europe and Asia. I am conversationally fluent in French, Spanish and Japanese. Having travelled extensively and staying at "B and B's/Guest Houses", I know the importance of having a nice, clean, safe place to stay.
Very friendly and outgoing, love to cook, catch Broadway shows, movies, museums. Like going out to new restaurants and bars. Also biking along the Hudson River. I can give great recommendations of things to do and see here in New York.
