We Are an ADULT ONLY FACILITY. We Sit 10 Mins from Bethel Woods and 5 minutes from the Villa Roma Resort . This room is one of many inside of the home, check out our other listings there is something for everyone. The home is a 20 room manor, built in the 1950's sitting on 16 acres, with its own pond. We have great rates, and great reviews. Open year round with a great location for anyone staying after a show at Bethel Woods, Convention at The Villa Roma, or visiting friends or family.

The inn is exactly as described, close to where you need to go in Sullivan County, economical, and hosted by great folks. We even saw hummingbirds!!

A wonderful place to spend your downtime when you're done being a tourist for the day. Beautiful old building that was once a boarding house for casino workers back in the 1920s -- oh, if the walls could talk! Lovely grounds, even in the late season when all the leaves are down. …

Very pleasant place to stay. Good location. Neat and clean. Great value! A little more upkeep may be needed on the grounds, but the room and the house were well kept. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.
