The house, built in 1954 in the oldest part of Cape Town's Southern Suburbs. Nestled in the Constantia (Website hidden by Airbnb) the foot of the Constantiaberg mtn's,placed between the forests&vineyards. 20 min from the city centre, Indian &Atlantic beaches.
A loft setting with windows looking out, east and west. The room size is indicated on the layout in Photo's. A king sized and single bed for guests.
The guests have access to the whole living space and parking, storage and braai and garden areas.Car hire can also be pre-arranged.
The guests are welcome to interact as much as they would need too.I offer special access to surrounding wine farms and other interesting personally guided destinations as well as restaurants and nightlife.
We border on two wine farms, namely Constantia Uitsig and Buitenverwachting Vineyards. The other border is with Table Mountain National Parks, with many cycling and hiking trails.Unique fauna and flora.
There are buses and trains, but all outside of walking distance(4 km Heathfield station and the buses are about the same distance) there is however taxis that with collect and deliver from the residence.A car rental is the best of the above followed by taxi services when necessary.
The house is lived in and managed by myself. You are in Cape Town with other travellers and Capetonians.....a great mix!
Mutual respect for one and other......we accommodate as much as possible
