There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, great sofas for relaxation, and private penthouse with amazing views.Downstairs you´ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with one queen size bed and one single bed.
Upstairs, there´s a huge bedroom (studio) with a king size bed plus a smaller bedroom with a queen bed.
There is two bathrooms in the lower level and one in the top level. This means that the two bedrooms on top floor are sharing a bathroom and this makes these two bedrooms less private. The smaller bedroom also has its entry from the studio room.
The penthouse is a great place to be for a big group or a family, perfect for staying together but there are also plenty of areas outside and inside where one can be more private.
In the common areas you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool that has a shallow area for kids, lounge areas and bar. A nice gym is also available for free use.

My management company will meet and greet you on arrival. Their office is just two blocks away and they will be there for you during your whole stay.
Daily maid service is available. Our management company has a full range of services and you can book extra maid services directly with them (3 cleaning services are included per week).

Second bedroom downstairs: 1 queen size bed + 1 single bed.

A security deposit of USD 500 will be secured on arrival. This is normally done just by holding th amount on a credit card, but can also be deposited in cash to be returned on departure.

•THE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION IS QUITE PARTICULAR ABOUT KEEPING THE BALCONIES LOOKING NICE AND NOT HANGING TOWELS AND CLOTHES OUTSIDE. PLEASE USE THE LAUNDRY AREA.
•IT IS PROHIBITED MAKING EXCESSIVE NOISE THE COMPLEX COMMON AREAS, INCLUDING INTO THE APARTMENT: VOLUME MUST BE MODERATE TO MINIMAL AFTER 9 PM
•THE USE OF THE COMMON AREAS IS FROM 9 AM UNTIL 7 PM.
•NO GLASS, GLASS BOTTLES, FOOD OR COOLERS IN THE POOL: IT IS ALLOWED TO USE DISPOSABLE CUPS.
•IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE MUSICAL DEVICES SUCH AS SPEAKERS, OR IPOD DOCKING STATION IN THE CONDOMINIUM COMMON AREAS.
•VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED: EVERY APARTMENT COUNTS WITH A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS THAT MUST BE RESPECTED ALL THE TIME.
•PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE COMPLEX COMMON AREA AS WELL AS INTO THE APARTMENT: BY BREAKING THIS RULE, GUESTS WILL LOOSE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND SHOULD LEAVE INMEDIATELY THE PROPERTY.
