A modern city centre apt. with 3 double bedrooms (2 can be split into twins), great for theatres, shopping, and dining. There is secure onsite parking, and a gym available for guests, free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
the apartment is great for families and friends visiting relatives or on a city break, wanting to stay together, with all the comforts and facilities of a home from home.
it can accommodate up to six in three bedrooms, the master is ensuite and there is a family bathroom.
because of a staircase in the apt. it isn't suitable for people with restricted mobility. There is a balcony for the use of smokers.
There is one allocated parking space in the secure ground level garage, and a well equipped, unsupervised gym on site which can be used by over sixteens at their own risk. there is communal outside space within the complex.

I live about 10 minutes drive away, and am always available to answer any questions, and to deal with any problems that may arise. But unless I'm needed, I don't intrude on visitor's privacy.
We are sorry, but we cannot take bookings for single nights. Three nights is our minimum stay.
I like to keep rules to a minimum. Mostly they are based on consideration for others in the building. No loud parties or music after 11.00pm; and for the comfort of future guests, smoking should be restricted to the outside balcony. the apt. is not suitable for pets.
I 'm a 64 year old married mother of 6 grown up sons, and a doting granny to 3 lovely grandchildren. Originally from London, where I was a teenager in the Swinging Sixties, meeting the Beatles more than once, and bumping into Mick Jagger coming out of a phone box on one occasion! I have visited the US and Canada a few times, but usually holiday in Europe. I specially love to go back to London to visit whenever I can.
I moved to Belfast to attend university, met my husband while there, and have lived here ever since. I retired from my job in social work some years ago, and have been renting holiday apartments on a very small scale since then. I really enjoy meeting a variety of people from all over the the world through these holiday lets, and am now only renting out one property in Belfast City Centre. I would love to welcome you to Belfast, where there are plenty of interesting things for visitors to do. I try to make the apartment a real home from home. my husband and I love using self-catering when we travel, and understand all the things needed to make for a comfortable stay. I like to welcome guests personally whenever possible, after that, while I remain available to answer questions and deal with any problems, I don't intrude on guests privacy during their stay. I don't have many house rules apart from consideration for neighbours with noise late at night, smoking on the balcony only, and unfortunately, no pets. I generally trust people I rent to, and am rarely disappointed. I especially like it when people show they have enjoyed their stay by coming back, and recommending friends, which happens quite a lot.
