I'm sorry that your experience was a negative one. This seems to be an extreme case of misunderstanding and miscommunication. Because the booking was made on AirBnB, as the host, we are not able to cancel it without (Website hidden by Airbnb) must be done by the guest in order for the guest not to inquire fees. As you stated in your review, I requested many times that you cancel the Airbnb but you did not follow through on this, which resulted in your 50% cancellation fee. Because AirBnB and (Hidden by Airbnb) are entirely separate companies and reservation systems, we cannot simply switch the reservations, regardless if I manage both properties. Again, I am sorry for the misunderstanding and hope that otherwise you enjoyed your stay on Kauai.

This place is absolutely wonderful and is VERY well appointed. Management is great as well. Needed help using the safe and they were prompt in coming to my aid! Used the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella provided and liked that there is a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels…
